Hi, this is Peggy registered nurse with Optum health. One of the nurses with the fertility solutions program. And I understand you're considering some fertility testing. Jesse, do you feel that there's any health issue or any gynecological issue that would be impacting your fertility now? So back to the very beginning, he changes in my husband's sex drive, all this and that. And, um, anyway, the long story short is that he has low sperm cow. Anyway, well, our doctor from the fertility Institute, he's like, no, as long as he has some sperm, mm-hmm <affirmative> we can just pull it out the natural way and then do that IVF process. So that's better keeper <laugh> yes. And less for him to go through. Absolutely. Exactly. Exactly. And with an IVF cycle, have they described to you, you know how that works? They have, but I'd like to hear again,

Traditionally with an IV cycle, you are gonna be stimulated with injectable medications. Okay. So they will educate you on how to mix and give the medication. And generally we'll share with you, um, a timeline and medications that they will be using for your protocol. Okay. And then they'll be monitoring you with blood CLO and ultrasound throughout that early phase of the cycle. Okay. And then they will schedule you for an egg retrieval and it is conscious sedation. So you're not, so you're sleeping. Won't feel it won't remember it, but you're breathing on your own. Okay, cool. So going through this, this, and, and I, I'll all your husband's gone through and can cause stress, right. Anxiety, for sure. Even depression. Yeah. So how are you guys doing emotionally right now? It was a little rough, like a few, even this past month mm-hmm <affirmative> for me. Cause I feel like I years some about something so well, and I think at this point just he's gone through loud. It might be a really good thing for him to set up time to talk with his primary care physician kind of identify the symptoms. It's always good to have another set of eyes looking at things.
